1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in ISO Academy (including the Core and Graduate memberships), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and the ISO Academy Privacy Policy.

Participation is permitted only if you affirmatively agree via clickwrap at checkout. If you do not agree, do not access or use the program.

2. BUSINESS ENTITY

ISO Academy is a program operated by InsideOut Movement LLC, a Florida S-Corporation (“ISO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

ISO Academy is an educational membership program and not a medical, therapeutic, or professional service.

3. MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE & ACCESS

3.1 Membership Tiers

ISO Academy currently offers:

  • Core Membership

  • Graduate Membership

Graduate Membership is a separate purchase and includes Core access.

No other tiers, certifications, or licenses are implied.

3.2 Billing & Access

  • Memberships are billed monthly or every six (6) months

  • All memberships are auto-renewing

  • Members must cancel manually

  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the paid billing cycle

After cancellation, all access terminates, including:

  • Educational content

  • Content libraries

  • Live or recorded classes

  • Community spaces

  • WhatsApp groups

  • Any ISO-related communication channels

No access is retained after cancellation.

3.3 Live Content Disclaimer

Live calls, events, or sessions are:

  • Not guaranteed

  • Subject to availability, scheduling, and instructor discretion

Missed calls do not entitle members to refunds or credits.

3.4 Program Evolution

ISO reserves the right to:

  • Modify curriculum

  • Add or remove live calls

  • Replace live sessions with recorded content

  • Update delivery formats at any time

Program content, structure, and delivery may evolve.

3.5 Revocation of Access

ISO may revoke or terminate access:

  • For conduct violations

  • Immediately

  • Without notice

  • Without refund

  • At ISO’s sole discretion

4. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

4.1 No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds. No exceptions.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Missed calls

  • Inactivity

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal hardship

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes

  • Failure to use the program

4.2 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or a card expires:

  • A 3-day grace period applies

  • Access may be suspended if payment is not resolved

  • Access resumes only after payment is brought current

4.3 Chargebacks

Any chargeback:

  • Results in immediate termination

  • Results in a permanent ban

  • Voids any access or participation rights

Members are responsible for:

  • Chargeback fees

  • Collection costs

  • Administrative and legal expenses

5. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY — NO GUARANTEES

ISO Academy is provided for educational purposes only.

ISO Academy does not provide:

  • Medical advice

  • Physical therapy

  • Mental health treatment

  • Nutrition counseling

  • Professional coaching services

No Guarantees

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • Outcomes vary by individual

  • Testimonials and examples are illustrative only

Members are solely responsible for:

  • Their decisions

  • Their actions

  • Their outcomes

ISO assumes no responsibility for results or lack thereof.

6. MEDICAL & PHYSICAL DISCLAIMER

Participation may include:

  • Strength training

  • Mobility work

  • Movement education

Participation may be:

  • Self-guided

  • Live-guided

  • Or both

Members affirm they:

  • Are physically capable

  • Are medically cleared

  • Have consulted a licensed professional if needed

Assumption of Risk

Participation involves inherent risks, including:

  • Injury

  • Serious bodily harm

  • Death

  • Emotional distress

  • Aggravation of pre-existing conditions

Participation by individuals who are:

  • Pregnant

  • Postpartum

  • Injured

  • Ill

  • Disabled
    is voluntary and at their own risk.

7. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, members:

  • Release ISO and InsideOut Movement LLC from liability

  • Waive all claims arising from participation

This waiver survives cancellation or termination.

8. COMMUNITY RULES & CONDUCT

ISO Academy maintains a formal Code of Conduct applicable to:

  • Live calls

  • WhatsApp groups

  • All community spaces

Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassment

  • Disrespect

  • Disruption

  • Medical misinformation

  • Selling or promoting outside services

  • Any behavior detrimental to the community

ISO may:

  • Remove posts

  • Restrict participation

  • Remove members permanently

  • Act without explanation or notice

  • Act without refund

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content is owned exclusively by InsideOut Movement LLC, including:

  • Videos

  • PDFs

  • Language

  • Frameworks

  • Terminology

  • Methodologies

Members receive a limited, revocable, personal-use license only.

Members may not:

  • Share materials

  • Teach ISO methods

  • Use frameworks with clients

  • Claim certification or authorization

Graduate status does not confer certification, licensure, or professional authority.

Misuse of IP may result in:

  • Immediate termination

  • Legal action

  • Recovery of damages and legal fees

10. TERMINATION & SURVIVAL

ISO may terminate membership:

  • With or without cause

  • Immediately

  • Without refund

Members may terminate at any time, but:

  • Payment obligations already incurred remain due

The following survive termination:

  • IP ownership

  • Waivers and releases

  • Payment obligations

  • Dispute resolution clauses

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

Limitation of Liability

ISO’s maximum aggregate liability is limited to:

The amount paid by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim

Excluded Damages

ISO is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of income

  • Emotional distress

Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify and hold ISO harmless from claims arising from:

  • Their actions

  • Their conduct

  • Their misuse of content

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

  • Governed by Florida law

  • Venue limited to Broward County, Florida

  • Mandatory, binding arbitration

  • Individual claims only

  • No class actions

  • Arbitration is confidential

If ISO prevails, ISO may recover:

  • Attorney’s fees

  • Costs

We may collect:

  • Names

  • Emails

  • Payment info (processed via Stripe)

  • User-generated content

  • Videos of classes and participants

  • Self-submitted forms and assessments

  • For marketing only if anonymized or with explicit permission

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy without notice.
